Once we receive the initial ppwk / btb of the asset, our team identifies and presents what is missing in order to ensure a clean sale / purchase for the asset owner.

Through our strong network, we have the ability to correct documentation where errors are identified, locate missing NIS and SV reports, and ensure that the documents presented for resale / purchase are complete.
